A Day in the Life of a NOXX Budtender: Serving the Cannabis Community

Morning Prep at NOXX 28th Street

My day as a budtender at NOXX begins bright and early at our 28th Street dispensary in Grand Rapids, MI. I arrive at 8:30 AM to help set up for the day. After a quick team huddle, we review our inventory, ensuring our shelves are stocked with a diverse selection of cannabis products.

Customer Service Excellence

As we open our doors at 9 AM, I’m ready to greet our first customers. Working at a recreational dispensary means interacting with people from all walks of life. Some are seasoned cannabis enthusiasts, while others are new to the experience. My role is to:

  • Educate customers about different strains and products
  • Recommend items based on individual needs and preferences
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations
  • Answer questions about dosage and consumption methods

Lunchtime Learning

During my break, I catch up on the latest industry news. NOXX is always evolving, and staying informed about new products and cannabis research is crucial for providing top-notch service to our customers.

Afternoon Rush

The afternoon brings a steady stream of customers to our weed dispensary. Many are regulars, and I enjoy building relationships with them. Some share stories about how cannabis has improved their lives, which reminds me why I love working in this industry.

Closing Time

As we approach closing time at 9 PM, I help tidy up the store and prepare for inventory checks. Working at NOXX isn’t just a job; it’s about being part of a community that values wellness and education.

While my day was spent at the Grand Rapids location, I know my colleagues at our other dispensaries in East Peoria, IL, and soon in Baltimore, MD, and Pleasant Ridge, IL, are having similar experiences. NOXX’s commitment to quality and customer service is consistent across all our locations.

As I head home, I reflect on the diverse array of people I’ve helped today and look forward to another day of serving the cannabis community tomorrow.
